Shop Policies & Procedures

~ Currently I accept payment made to my CIMB and Maybank banking accounts only.  Bank account numbers will be released upon customers’ order confirmation.

~ Custom Orders and Made-to-Order items will be ready depending on current workload and this information will be updated regularly to customers through email.  Correspondence through email or Facebook private messages (if any) will be done to finalise ordered item to your preferred taste/choice.

~ Items SOLD are not refundable or exchangeable.

~ All items are stated in Malaysian currency (Ringgit Malaysia).  Please refer to Currency Converter at the sidebar to check pricing in USD or other currency.

~ I gladly accept overseas orders.  Please contact  Lelima House directly for a price and postage quote.

~ Product price listed is excluding postal charges.  You will enjoy a flat rate for local (within Malaysia) postal charges.  Total amount payable will be stated in your invoice.

~ All items will be packed and wrapped carefully before sending out.

~ Disclaimer : Lelima House will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused in the transmission/delivery process.
