Felt : Coffee brown, white polka-dot on brown, chequered brown & chequered green.

Padding : Padded with polyfill. 

Size : approx. 5.5cm at widest. 

Tab/Loop : 'Chimney' tab attached to a brass hook.
Decorative : Green square button (for door), tiny white zakka lace (for fence), green satin ribbon (for chimney) and 'car' brass charm.
Construction :  Entirely hand-stitched.  Finished with blanket stitch in matching colours.
